Travemünde Week offers ten days of a top-class festival set in a summery atmosphere right by the sea. These ten finest days of the year are defined by culinary delights along the promenades, atmospheric stage performances, and club parties.
From 11 a.m. until late at night, there is something for everyone. Visitors can feast on delicacies from diverse regions of the world, listen to musical performances ranging from pop to rock, get active with sports, take a ride on the Ferris wheel, and immerse themselves in the dazzling light effects of laser shows or the grand closing fireworks.
The König Pilsener stage at the beach terraces hosts a varied program every evening, featuring top cover bands and headline concerts by Frida Gold and former Genesis frontman Ray Wilson.
The festival stage at Brügmanngarten offers live performances ranging from a kids’ disco and cover bands like ABBA Fever or United 4 to DJ sessions with Alarmstufe Rot.
Two beach clubs at the Nordermole ensure long nights of partying. The Caribbean Island Club invites guests to celebrate daily with hot rhythms and tropical flair. The Party-House Club delights visitors with a rotating lineup of DJs spinning the perfect mix and creating an exuberant atmosphere.

In contrast, the Sailor’s Club on the Travepromenade offers relaxed summer evenings right by the water. On the cozy Aperol Terrace, guests can gaze out over the Trave River while enjoying good music and a genuine holiday vibe in the heart of the event area.
Rosenberg Village features a diverse lineup of regional and international artists, turning the beach promenade into a lively gathering spot for fans of Mediterranean-style music.
Feast your way through the festival! Travemünder Woche offers a wide range of culinary delights. At the Weincarée, selected international wines are served in a relaxed atmosphere overlooking the Baltic Sea. Along the event promenade, visitors can enjoy a variety of regional and international cuisine — ranging from exotic Indian dishes to classics like fries and bratwurst. At the König Pilsener Terrassen, you are right in the heart of the festival action, well-supplied with street food and drinks while enjoying live stage entertainment. At the Benediktiner beer garden on the Trave promenade, a coastal breeze meets a traditional beer garden atmosphere.
In addition to daily concerts and lively parties, a varied evening program featuring impressive visual highlights awaits. Daily highlights from Monday to Saturday include the Passat laser shows at around 10:45 p.m., transforming the sky over Travemünde into a colorful sea of light. The grand finale is the spectacular fireworks display, which provides a fitting conclusion to Travemünder Woche on the event’s final Sunday — July 26 at 10:45 p.m. — turning the last evening into a truly special experience.
